Membership
Cardinal currently serves 357 member households:
- 302 Swim & Tennis households
- 38 Tennis Only households
- 17 Tennis Second Club households
2026 Membership Fees
The one-time Common Unit fee for new members is $1,000. This fee is separate from annual membership dues.
Annual dues for 2026 are:
- Swim & Tennis: $1,100
- Tennis Only: $740
- Tennis Second Club: $740

The following capital projects and significant facility improvements were completed or undertaken during 2025 and 2026.
2025
- Pool coping, skimmer, platform, and waterline-tile upgrades
- Resurfacing of four tennis courts
- Major tree removal and trimming
- Repair of a pool waterline leak
- Replacement of filtration sand and related filtration-system repairs
- Tennis-court gate and fencing repairs
2026
- Main pool and wading-pool resurfacing
- Replacement of 40 tennis-court lights and related ballasts
- Clubhouse HVAC-system replacement
- Parking-lot asphalt patching and restriping
- Installation of a new 12-foot commercial diving board and step
- Irrigation mainline, leak, and electrical repairs serving the tennis courts
- Security-camera storage, antenna, and network improvements
- Pond repair and remediation
- Replacement of tennis-court waste baskets
